- Sales role for both existing & identify new business opportunities with yearly revenue ownership - sales (revenue)
- Should be able to engage C level executives
- Identify areas and opportunities within the customer organization that can benefit from Virtusa products and services and close such opportunities
- Enable growth by building structured pipelines, solutions, winning proposals and ensuring engagement initiation from a delivery perspective directly or indirectly (through team) the account plans and target forecasting revenue/ order book, maintaining and growing pipeline
- Should have good understanding of the European BFS industry segment
- Must have managed multiple/single account for any IT service provider.
- Enhanced relationships at CxO level within the respective markets, with the proven history of significant account growth within FS industry
- Excellent communication skills. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations / discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.
- Solid knowledge of IT service offerings including, enterprise application services, IT infrastructure management, custom application services
- Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- 5-10 years extensive experience of the industry
